Where the Rocky Mountains meet the Champs-Élysées

High Plains Perspectives is dedicated to providing unique analysis and solutions for business, academic, and development clients in both English and French speaking areas of the world. Our principle consultant, Paul Robison, has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of international affairs issues.  A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a B.A. in History and Anthropology and with dual master’s degrees in International Affairs from the American University of Paris and the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po.), Mr. Robison has excellent training in social science research methods, international relations and law theory, conflict resolution and negotiation, and international business and development. He also has extensive experience in cultural heritage preservation and tourism, energy development, mass-transit policy, migration studies, and international security issues.

Using this base of experience, High Plains Perspectives seeks to create and facilitate new opportunities by acting as a bridge between people working in these fields across the world. Whether it be helping connect Parisian tourists with Wyoming dude-ranch cowboys, helping Filipino coffee growers connect with the global high quality coffee market, or research universities with partner institutions on the other side of the planet, High Plains Perspectives believes that when the right connections are made, anything becomes possible. There is a whole world of possibilities; let’s get started!
